Part name or drawing, material grade (if known), quantity, and any dimensional specifications. A photo of the worn part is also helpful for reverse-engineering requests. We will confirm grade suitability and provide a quotation with your requirement details.
Minimum order is 1 tonne per grade, with a minimum single-casting weight of 30 kg and a maximum single-casting weight of 2,000 kg (2 tonnes). Smaller quantities may be considered for repeat customers and established accounts — contact us to discuss your specific requirement.
Lead times depend on pattern availability. For castings with existing patterns: typically 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. For new patterns and first-article castings: 6–10 weeks from drawing approval. We confirm a specific timeline at the quotation stage.
Our castings reach end-users across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Australia, and Europe through established supply channels. We provide export-grade packing, MTCs, and third-party inspection support for all export-specification orders.
Yes. Spectrometer-verified chemistry certificates are standard on all orders. Full MTCs with mechanical properties are available on request, typically for export or critical application orders. All heat treatment cycles are documented and available for review.
Yes. Send us a worn sample or detailed photographs with key dimensions and we will reverse-engineer a pattern and confirm the appropriate alloy grade. This is a standard service for OEM replacement castings — include dimensions of critical surfaces if the sample is heavily worn.
