Manganese Steel Jaw Plate Manufacturer, India

Fixed and movable jaw plates cast in Manganese Steel (IS 276), engineered for the heavy impact loads of primary and secondary jaw crushing.

Manganese Steel Jaw Plate — Rushabh Technocast

Built for Impact, Not Just Abrasion

Jaw plates absorb the heaviest, most repeated impact loads anywhere in a crushing circuit. Manganese Steel is the industry-standard alloy here because of its work-hardening property — the surface hardens under impact itself, going from roughly 200 HB as-cast to 500+ HB in active service. The harder the rock hits, the harder the plate becomes.

What We Supply

Why Source Jaw Plates from India

Indian foundries combine established metallurgical expertise in Manganese Steel with materially lower production costs than European or North American suppliers, while maintaining export-grade documentation (MTCs, third-party inspection support) for international buyers. Gujarat, where our foundry is based, is one of India's established casting hubs with a deep regional supply chain for pattern-making, heat treatment, and machining.

Lead Time & MOQ

3–5 weeks for jaw plates with an existing pattern; 6–10 weeks if a new pattern needs to be made from your drawing or sample. Minimum order is 1 tonne per grade.
