Jaw plates absorb the heaviest, most repeated impact loads anywhere in a crushing circuit. Manganese Steel is the industry-standard alloy here because of its work-hardening property — the surface hardens under impact itself, going from roughly 200 HB as-cast to 500+ HB in active service. The harder the rock hits, the harder the plate becomes.

Lead Time & MOQ
3–5 weeks for jaw plates with an existing pattern; 6–10 weeks if a new pattern needs to be made from your drawing or sample. Minimum order is 1 tonne per grade.
